Our receiving hopper allows the quick unloading of trucks that carry your fruits/vegetables, you can unload 2 trucks simultaneously. We manufacture custom surge tank to suit your needs.

Specifications :

Hopper :

– Custom dimensions

– Hydraulic and planetary motor at both ends.

– Steel idlers on sealed bearings.

– Rubber lagged drive pulley

– Belt speed is inversely proportional to the accumulation height for a constant flow.

– Angle of last section is adjustable to optimize the accumulation

– Entry height fixed

Elevator:

– Molded cleats rubber belt

– Last section goes up/down to optimize the accumulation

– Adjustable entry height

– Motor and gearbox at the top (high efficiency)

Hydraulic:

– Organic oil.

– Manual valves on each stinger to control motion (height, rotation, telescopic).

– Manual valves on the frame to control the elevator height, driving, self-propelled and stabilization hydraulic jacks.

– Electric valves for last elevator section and hopper belt (proportional valve).
